My car was making a weird noise just yesterday, I brought my car into Mikes and they took care of me right away. Randy was fantastic and Chris my mechanic is now my hero! They told me everything that was wrong and fixed my car in less than one day! They are honest and I will go to them with even the smallest of problems from now on. If you have any doubt about your mechanic, go to Mike's and talk to Randy. I'm glad I did.
I've gotten work done on my vehicle a number of times at Mike's. I've talked the most with Randy, and he's always been straightforward about problems, cost, and time. A very professional shop that I will continue to patronize.
I've gone to this mechanic for at least a decade I'd say. We used to go to Ken's good year but once the original owner passed the business down, the sense of entitlement and crappy prices as well as less than friendly customer service was a real turn off. We actually started going to Mike's not long after he opened. Reliable, trustworthy and fair priced. They have awesome updates to their waiting area, coffee, wifi and charging station. As I've updated cars over the years, all three of mine have been well maintained by them and will continue to recommend and bring my vehicles there. I know they will never put me on the road without doing their best to make sure I'm safe and as a mom with a young daughter, that is truly reassuring.
I had a serpentine belt replaced and after a few weeks the noise started again. I contacted Mike's and was told to bring my vehicle back to be evaluated. They made an adjustment and so far no problems. I 've had several services done, and my expectations have been met. Thank you for standing behind your work! I have recommended others to Mike, and they too have been satisfied.
Can't say enough good things about Mike and his wife. On a recent trip from New York to North Carolina our car broke down. Mike's was the nearest auto repair shop and we managed to get there. He offered to look at the car and while he did his wife drove us to the nearest Denny's so we could have lunch. He wasn't able to fix the car but called a Ford dealership and arranged for us to bring the car there. Before we did his wife drove us to the nearest car rental so we could continue our trip while the car was being looked at the dealership. Mike didn't charge us for checking out the car nor did his wife charge for taxiing us back and forth. We were so lucky to have met these people and wish them every success. Great people!
