Wow, I wish we came here first! After Home Depot was unable to install a washer and dryer in my mother's upstairs closet, a coworker recommended PC Richards because they know their stuff. He referred me to Kenny who asked me some questions and in 5 minute knew what to do. They have their own installers who actually ran the vent through the side of the dryer so it could fit. Now Mom doesn't have to go down two flights to do laundry and our family will never shop anywhere else!
First off i just wanna say Paula, Paula, Paula is the greatest to work with. I was shopping for some new home items, and she knows so much about appliances and has the best insight. Always trying to find you the best deals and options for what you need. I would never go anywhere else when looking for anything that i could get through working with Paula. My experience at P.C. Richard & Son was nothing but exceptional! I just got a new place and was in desperate need of a few appliances. We had the best time shopping for appliances and a mattress for our new home. Paula is the best saleswoman I have ever seen, and she really knows her stuff! We needed a fridge, a stove, a microwave, and a mattress. She was so patient and was able to tell us everything we needed to know about every brand we looked at.
