The staff aren't that friendly. The staff isn't even eating the food. One of the employees was eating food from somewhere else. He didn't sit down with his own food until after i got mine. Because seeing that I would have not stopped eating and asked for my money back.
so i was trying to do a online application and i needed help. so there was no where to call for help other then if you had a bad experience at the store. i filled out that and i commented that i needed help with the application. a woman called and i explained to her why i filled that part out and she told me that i shouldn't have done that and i should just looked up the number and she was being rude. i wouldn't want to be working with those types of people. also there food isn't the greatest and the workers tend to stand around . i wouldn't recommend coming to this location
A customer got up at one point to get a drink from the cooks because their server was gone for a while.
I asked for the burger to be medium... That was correct... But once i bit into the burger i got a foul taste in my mouth.
I don't think i am coming back.
I have noticed not too many people eat here anymore so i think it has gone down.
This was not good...
I got the month burger and i thought maybe it was the bbq sauce.... No it was the meat it self... I had to stop eating it because i didn't want to get sick.
The food is wonderful, too bad they stole my money. I placed a mobile order for a burger, but unfortunately their "third party" app doesn't allow you to change cards at checkout so the incorrect card was charged. I was assured in store that they'd cancelled the payment and it was rung up on a different card instead. Three weeks later, many promises to call me back later from the general manager Samantha and I'm sitting at my bank trying to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE. If a problem happens because of their Level Up partner, they don't care about fixing it as long as they get their money.
All tables were dirty and service sucked no one came back around to fill tea glasses. Burger was cooked wrong and fries were cold.
The staff at this location were some of the most apathetic people I have ever dealt with. When I asked the cashier if I could get tea instead of soda she said yes, then stared at me blankly like she was done with that conversation. Then I had to ask her how to get it (this location tea has to come from the kitchen). She went to the pass to get it for me, where it sat until our server brought our food. When I asked the server if she could bring me the tea she walked away with no response, going back to the pass and having a long conversation with someone on the other side about the tea that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. She finally brought the tea back and I asked for some mayo for my burger which she begrudgingly got for me, again with no response. After delivering the mayo I had to apologize to her for all the pain and suffering I was causing, but I really needed some silverware, you know, so I didn't have to use my fingers for the mayo. Again, no response, she just walked away, and was never seen or heard from (pun intended) again. The one positive was the young man that did bring me some silverware was polite and actually said "Enjoy your meal". He seemed to be the only one there with any sort of work ethic. We then sat there for at least 30 minutes, eating, talking, hanging out without a single person asking if our food was OK, or if we needed anything, or any sort of acknowledgment that we existed at all. And no , they weren't busy, maybe at 20% capacity max.
